- Packaging type and whether the goods are fragile or regulated
- Available collection date and preferred delivery window
- Incoterms or commercial responsibilities, where agreed
After the enquiry
Following your enquiry, we review route suitability, available services, necessary paperwork and any specific handling conditions. Your booking is confirmed once the arrangements have been agreed.
During transit
Once your consignment is registered, use the issued tracking reference to view shipment status and recorded movement updates on our tracking page.
At delivery
Check package condition and recipient details. If there is a discrepancy, follow the carrier's evidence and claims procedure without delay.
